What does high basophil auto mean my dr. doesn't seem concerned but my bun, potassium and vit. d keep dropping to. what could this indicate is wrong?

True true unrelated: Auto means automatic ie read by the machine not read by the tech. If the increase is not slight, a manual check is needed before drawing conclusion. BUN drop may reflect poor dietary intake and lots of liquid intake like some do when dieting. It reflects no kidney disease. Low potassium if has no readily explainable cause, like diuresis, needs evaluated by a nephrologist. Vit d needs supplements.
