True true unrelated: Auto means automatic ie read by the machine not read by the tech. If the increase is not slight, a manual check is needed before drawing conclusion. BUN drop may reflect poor dietary intake and lots of liquid intake like some do when dieting. It reflects no kidney disease. Low potassium if has no readily explainable cause, like diuresis, needs evaluated by a nephrologist. Vit d needs supplements.

Lab results: High basophil counts in the blood indicate some allergic reaction. Basophils contain histamine, and your bone marrow releases more basophils when there is some chronic allergenic stimulation. Low BUN indicates low protein diet or liver disease. Low potassium can result from low diet intake or increased stool or urine losses. Low vitamin D indicates low sun exposure or low intake of D or both.
