All over a clue: Aching and symptoms all over? The first thing this suggests is fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain syndrome with symptoms all over the body, tender areas when touched and made worse by such things as 1. Poor exercise, 2. Poor sleep, 3. Poor control of stress and psychological issues. Some people have problems in all three of these categories what i call the "fibromyalgia trifecta".
