May or may not be: Related to your medications. In some people who are very sensitive to the effect, opioids (including hydrocodone) can cause spasm of the bile ducts which can elevate the level of bile in urine. One might expect to have right upper quadrant pain if this were happening, but it might be silent. Your doctor should check your liver enzymes, including direct and total bilirubin and alk phos.
