Am 5 weeks pregnant, live in east coast. i will be on a 3 wk trip to india in couple of weeks. is 24 hr flight to & fro, temp diff of 30 fahrenheit ok?

No problem: You should have no problems traveling at this stage of your pregnancy. Take the usual precautions as to food and water restrictions and check with the health department concerning immunizations and their safety in pregnancy. The only concern i would have is with the need for possible malaria prophylaxis, again check with the health department.
