Painful sex: Pelvic pain after intercourse is not normal. This needs to be evaluated by an obgyn. Possible causes include endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic adhesions, infection and others. A pelvic exam and sonogram would be next to investigate further.
