Can neurotin cause me to pass out and make my mouth twitch?

Yes and Maybe: Neurontin (gabapentin) can make blood pressure go down to a point of feeling faint or even passing out. I am not sure about the twitching of the mouth as far as Neurontin (gabapentin) is concerned but it wouldn't surprise me if the combination between Neurontin (gabapentin) and Allopurinol could do something like that. You could ask the pharmacist for the drug interaction between those two and see what they say.
