Hot tub infertility: For women usually not. Even in early pregnancy the chance that an appropriate hot tub temp will cause a problem is low. However, time in the hot water should be limited to no more than 10-15 minutes to avoid possible problems. For men, prolonged hot tub use can interfere with sperm. Immature sperm are especially vulnerable to heat so the sperm exposed in January may not be functioning in March/Apr
