Normal: Breastfed babies can go 5-6 days without pooping. Formula fed babies 1-2 days. Breastmilk poop can be green, yellow, brown or tan; watch for blood in the stool or signs of irritability with stooling; often times the breastmilk color is just a reflection of what "mom" ate and what "baby" need; what's not needed gets pooped out!
