Do i need to fast when i get blood work done alkaline phosphatase isoenzymes ; cmp?

Yes: Food intake will raise serum alkaline phosphatase as it is one of the enzymes in the intestine. Cmp has other components that require that you be fasting. Please fast for 9-12 hours before the test.
