Kids & protein shake: How old is your child and does he or she have any health issue? If your child plays on school sportteams/is not eating well then it may be okay to give protein shakes that do not contain any other junk additives or hormones in the protein powder. Otherwise, it is better to eat protein in its natural form in helathy foods. Too much protein is not good either as the excess turns to fat in the body.
