Vanderbilt: Adhd diagnosis requires the input of parents, teachers as well as clinical assessment by the physician. The aap recommends the use of the vanderbilt assessment scale for evaluation in children. This forms has parental and teacher questionnaires. Often ADHD is diagnosed in adulthood. The adult ADHD questionnaire has 18 questions and easily completed in the office.

The diagnosis of adhd is made by history, physical and neurodevelopmental examination. It is a medical disease!
