Vitamin D: Vitamin d has been associated with poor lung function. Severe vitamin a deficiency can affect the lining of the airways. Most of the other deficiencies generally make you sick. Thiamine deficiency can affect your heart primarily and lungs indirectly. Most of the others do not affect primarily lungs.
