Keep chart: There are phone apps and basal body thermometers that can help you chart your cycles. The male sperm count is worth checking too. And you can try to hard or too often. The male sperm count is higher if there is no intercourse for three days. Often its best to try to get pregnant for 6-12 months before trying any medical intervention.
