Menstral periods : Assuming tested not pregnant at least twice just in case first test was in error, a female can miss periods indefinitely or just a month depending in the cause. Door example a female runner may not menstrate until she stops running. However, you should see a gyne if you miss more than 3 months and get tested in case of rare causes that need treatment.
