Any prescriptions associated with the side effect of photophobia?

Many: There are many medications that list photophobia as a potential side effect. Amoxicillin does not. There are eye conditions that cause photophobia (iritis, corneal disease) and you should be checked by an ophthalmologist to determine the cause.

Photophobia: Anticholinergic drugs such as Cogentin, (benztropine) Drugs that dilate the pupils such as Atropine, Benzodiazepines, Chemotherapy drugs, etc.
