Oil Glands!: According to one source--"seborrheic dermatitis has a biphasic incidence, occurring in infants between the ages of 2 weeks and 12 months, and later, during adolescence and adulthood." seborrheic dermatitis usually affects skin that contains many oil glands--so during the teen years many young people have oily skin especially on the face thus the increase in 'cradle cap' on your eyebrows.
