Zoloft (sertraline): The incidence of ophthalmic side effects (including blurred vision) with zoloft (sertraline) is low -- .1% to 1%. You should report your experience to your physician, and let your doctor recommend next steps. You don't mention the dose, but it might remit with a lower one.

Zoloft (sertraline): Blurred vision is a common side effect of zoloft (sertraline) . It is usually worse when starting zoloft (sertraline) and then tends to diminish and often subside. You should be cautious driving however until you are used to to the side effect.
