Unlikely: If you have gone more than 2 years without a seizure, the chances are low of recurrence, but not zero.

Maybe: Depends on the type of seizure. Febrile seizures (seizures with fever) are only in children with age predominance 6 months - 5 years. Thee are some childhood epilepsies that one can outgrow. And there are some that are in childhood, disappear and reappear later in adulthood. If concerned talk to your physician
