Probably not: A pregnancy test will usually be positive by the time of a missed period. When it's negative, that usually means that you didn't ovulate. It's possible that you ovulated late, and are pregnant, but it's less likely. Time will tell. If you don't get a period in 3-4 days, i'd repeat the pregnancy test.
