Depends on Severity: Treatment is mainly supportive and further care can include control of seizures with the administration of a benzodiazepine, intravenous fluids for hypotension, and administration of Atropine for bradycardia. Respiratory failure may necessitate respiratory support with rapid sequence induction and mechanical ventilation.

Go to the ER.: First, stop chewing nicotine gum , the treatment is symptomatic, drink a lot of water, take tylenol (acetaminophen) for the headache. If the symptoms are so severe that you cannot even take medications orally due to the nausea and vomiting, go to an emergency room where this can be treated.
