Rest: just take it easy and give it time; they will heal. just be careful to avoid any activity that causes discomfort. Make sure to take deep breaths (don't splint your breathing b/c of pain). Take Motrin as directed. If it gets worse or you have any other symptoms see your doctor.

X-rays fine?: If you have been checked for any lung puncture and the ribs are just cracked, you should have been prescribed pain medication. A muscle relaxant can help in addition. A lidocaine patch could help (script). You can use your hand or a pillow as a splint when you need to move or take those deep breaths. Heating pad helps. Be sure to see a doc if you have any fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
