Can cosmetic surgery be used to change eye color?

No: Eye color is due to the iris on the inside of the eye. The iris is a fragile tissue and any attempt to modify the color surgically would cause serious internal damage and threaten the vision.; to change your eye color consider color contact lenses. Discuss these with your ophthalmologist.
