No it is not OK: Condoms should not be reused. If you take it off, you should discard it and open a fresh one. Premature ejaculate may be on the condom, as well as your partner's body fluids, and you may put it on backwards the second time, negating its protective effect. If it was "uncomfortable" the first time, that same condom will be uncomfortable the second time too. Find a size that fits, and use properly.
