Easy: Place the contact in the palm of your hand. Cover it with contact lens solution. Rub with your finger for 15 seconds. Flip it over and repeat. Place it in your contact lens case with new solution.

Maybe: It's ok to wear contact lenses to the beach as long as you're not swimming. If your eyes have contact with seawater, consider goggles or use of daily disposable lenses.

Urgent: how to properly clean contact lens case?

Dr. Fred Orlando

Soap water RINSE: If it's just a plastic case, used mild soap and water. Try a toothbrush if needed. Make sure you rinse thoroughly. Then be sure your overnight storage solution has a disinfectant. How did your case get dirty. You should remove and handle your lenses with clean hands and conditions. Doing otherwise raises risk for serious infection.

Yes: Retrieve the lens and clean it thorougly and unless there was significant contamination in the spot of the sink where the lens fell. Otherwise you should do fine and can wear the lens after cleaning and rinsing.
