Usual way: Unless it is a daily disposable contact lens, in which you wear for a day then discard, the frequent replacement (disposable) contacts are cleaned, disinfected, & stored the same way as any soft contact lens. I recommend a video instruction clip found on youtube for help on the technique. It takes about 10' to watch. (youtube/contact lens care instruction).
