Please Don't !!: Per Drugs.Com - mixing codeine & alcohol may ^ " nervous system side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, difficulty concentrating, and impairment in thinking and judgment. In severe cases, low blood pressure, respiratory distress, fainting, coma, or even death may occur. "
