Could i be allergic to juvederm?

Rare Allergies: Hyaluronic acid is the component of juvederm. Hyaluronic acid is a normal human substance so the body rarely attacks something that is "normal". However, there are small amounts of other proteins and other components in the product that could cause rare allergies. A small test in your forearm could demonstrate how your body will react to the product.

Very slight: The hyaluronic acid is a component of our skin proteins so being allergic would be a kin to a water allergy. It can happen since synthetic hyaluronic acid is present but the incidence is extremely rare.
