Vitamin D: Yes it can make you tired but usually it is not enough to completely explain your fatigue. There are countless other possibilities. If you able, i would recommend the spectracell test which looks at 35 different vitamins and minerals. This would be more helpful. Also, one could look at hormone imbalance as well including cortisol, thyroid, estrogen, and progesterone.
