Avoid harsh Soaps: A loofah won't improve/worsen eczema but the length/temp of your shower and the type of soaps/shampoos you use can. Avoid long hot showers as this will dry out skin. Moisturize with products like Vanicream or Cetaphil to damp skin right after showering. Practice better skin hygiene and avoid harsh soaps and detergents like Irish Spring, Ivory, and Lever 2000.
