No: There are lots of people with large brains but they're not geniuses. Conversely, lots of people with small sized brains are out there who are really smart. It's all what you do with your brain and how you put things together. Some are gifted but this doesn't correlate with brain size.

Doubtful: Sleep deprivation definately affects short term memory and will affect learning but there is no evidence that it has any effect on innate intelligence.
