Nope: We all have candida in our bodies, kept in check by the immune system. Different forms of candida infection can be seen in immunosuppressed states (like aids) which carry a higher risk of certain cancers, but the candida itself does not cause cancer. We also see it in patients on treatment for cancer but again, it's only acting up because the immune system is down.
