Yes, but...: Hi. Yes, you still get benefit if you take it in the morning, but early studies in humans showed that if you take it in the evening, you get fractionally better LDL lowering. I always tell patients if they can't remember to take it in the evening, they're better off taking it in the morning than not at all! Atorvastatin has a longer half-life and is fine to take in the morning. Good luck!

Yes: but it is more effective in the evening, Take it at dinner time or put it with your toothbrush and take when you brush your teeth before bed.
