Can you tell me if i could get a disease from kissing?

Yes: Infectious mono, the common cold, syphilis, gonorrhea, CMV, fever blisters, coxsackievirus. This being said, in my humble opinion, kissing somebody who's special for you is undeniably and unquestionably worth the risk. Best wishes.
