A member asked:

Could a person get genital warts if they have had the gardasil vaccine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Symptoms may not appear or be recognized after you pick up a strain that may produce warts in the future. The primary target for the vaccine is the early teen or young adult with no prior sexual activity. For those the vaccine will have its highest success. For older sexually active adults it can still help prevent acquiring new strains.
