Prozac (fluoxetine) withdrawal: Hi monica, it's difficult to know for sure but Prozac (fluoxetine) is the ssri with the longest half life, meaning it stays in your system far longer than most antidepressants. I'd give it 6 months from the time you stopped and speak with your doctor if the symptoms persist after that. Best wishes.
