What to do if i have blood clot or pulled muscle in right calf?

Big difference: Between the two, blood clot needs immediate attention and warrants an ER visit if this is suspected, pulled muscle can use rest, ice or heat, stretching, etc.... They are completely two different entities, blot clot can kill you, a muscle strain is just that a strain.
