No: Hypogogic hallucinations are brief hallucinations that can occur between sleep and waking. They are not a harbinger of a psychotic disorder.

Not likely: I believe what you're describing is what's known as a hypnopompic hallucinations. This is a type of hallucination that occurs when a person is just waking up. It does not mean that the person is schizophrenic, or has any of the other psychotic disorders. Hip no Gothic hallucinations, on the other hand, occur when a person is just going to sleep, again not indicative of a serious psychotic disorder
