Vegetarian diet: Pros include avoidance of antibiotics, toxins, and Mercury found in much meat and fish. Also, not killing animals. Cons include risk of low vitamin B 12 and protein, both of which can be made up for by B 12 sublingual supplements and drinking protein powder shakes. Peace and good health.
