Cholesterol: The most common "ring" around the iris is a deposition of cholesterol in the cornea. This is often indicative of high cholesterol in the blood which can lead to heart attacks and strokes. See a primary care physician to have your cholesterol checked.

Iris ring: Enjoy the condition, which is most likely congenital and not related to any major disease. However, see your local ophthalmologist before going further. Colored contact lenses may give some camouflage and ordered by your eye doctor.
