Rubella vs Rubeola: Rubella and rubeola are two different strains of measles. Rubella, or 3 day measles, is problematic during a pregnancy. Early in a pregnancy if patient is not immune, md, will give a Rhogam injection. Rubeola lasts up to a couple of weeks.
