Only 1 cup of coffee(creamer is ok)with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar(no more coffee bc it will make headache worse later),A tall glass of water and saltines.You're often queasy too,and you don’t want to eat much,but need to be sure you have enough sugar/electrolytes &you’re hydrated.Those are causes of headache too.Take the meds with food.They have many causes.If it’s chronic,go to PCP to start work up
