Too frequent menses: There are several medical reasons for too frequent menstrual periods from thyroid disorders to abnormal uterine growths. (fibroids) If this continues, you need to see a GYN MD who can sort out the myriad of reasons for this problem, avoid anemia and provide Rx if needed.
