Water: Usually if you feel sick you might throw up. So its natures way of keeping you away from food. Bowel rest by not eating is helpful. Try to keep hydrated, water is fine. If you are going to throw up, water will come up too. So then rest, try again a few hours later. If feel bad more than 6 hours seek medical attention.
