Doctors, what are the symptoms for stage 2 lung cancer?

Depends.: Lung cancer typically has no obvious symptoms. Thats why so difficult to diagnose early. If already diagnosed then some symptoms depending on location and size may be cough/shortness of breath/weight loss/blood clot/abnormal chest xray. Rarelly coughing blood up. Stage 2 now has a much better prognosis.
