Some roller: Coaster can be quite rough and results in "whiplash" so to speak. If you have any symptoms with the headache that are concerning e.g. Vision changes, body sensory changes, weakness, etc. Then see a doctor immediately. Otherwise, take over the counter analgesics for the headaches.

Continue with TLC: So long as you are not suffering nausea/vomiting/numbness/tingling or visual problems then, you will be fine. You need more rest, perhaps some hydration will help you and if necessary some tylenol, (acetaminophen) motrin, or Naproxen for the headache but don't overdo it. Rest will be your best friend right now. You should be much better in another 24-48 hrs.
