Inflammation: Some inflammation is in the back of your throat, which may be caused by post nasal drip, viral or bacterial infection, allergies, etc. Get eval and see if anything is diagnosed that may lead to a treatment for you. Best wishes.

Tickle cough : Common causes would include inhalant allergies or relux related problems. You could have asthma as well. All these things need to be worked up and evaluated. See your primary doctor to start the process.
