Retest: Rare folks run high SGPT with normal SGOT without evident illness. Elevated transaminases without obvious cause may be due to hepatitis b/c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis, antitrypsin deficiency, medication effect (are you sure you know what your "anti-oxidant" really is?), others.
