Creepy crawlers : Itching all over can be caused by many things. Without a rash it's unlikely to be bug bites or poison oak or scabies or an allergic reaction. It could be your liver or kidney are having and it could just be from dry skin. You need an exam and most likely blood tests. If you have a rash it will most likely be easy for your provider to tell on exam.
