I've had the paraguard for almost 3 months now, but for about a month i have been having mucus and blood when i use the bathroom. is this normal?

Paragard: The paragard (copper t) is a non-hormonal contraceptive option. Because it does not contain hormones has no effect on cycle timing. A small number of users report heavier periods with increase cramping. Irregularly timed periods are not likely to be related to paragard. Weight changes, infections ; hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home test.
