More than likely: Hepatitis b carriers usually have high levels of hepatitis b surface antigen (hbsag) but this is not per se indicative of infectivity, rather the hbv dna level is. In any case, you should be considered as being someone who can infect someone that is at risk, your sexual partner, your baby, and others thru contact with infectious bodily fluids. You should see a hepatologist, a liver md for tests.
